Can I have a simple formula to make hydroponic nutrients with organic matter?

Manure tea: get a cloth sack…..old pillow case or gunny sack….fill with manure……suspend the filled sac into a garbage can of water, cover and let “steep” for a couple of weeks or until the water is a nice “tea” brown. This solution is a bit too “hot” for straight use on smaller “container” grown plants. Dilute with water.
Another is to take compost and do the same.

I came across this website that details the steps to making hydroponic nutrients. Maybe you can take a look to see if it helps.
